Returns Policy
You may return the harness for the following reasons:
To be eligible for exchange or refund:
Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges.
All harnesses will have a thorough inspection upon return. A $10 restocking fee will be applied upon return (unless returned due to product defect).
You are responsible for return shipping fees.
How to return items:
You may return the harness for the following reasons:
- Wrong size or style
- Product defect
- Dog passed away before receiving the item
To be eligible for exchange or refund:
- the harness must be intact and must not show any signs of damage, wear and tear.
- the harness must not be damaged (excluding any manufacturer defects if you are returning it for this reason).
- Contact must be made by email of your intention to return or exchange the harness within 5 days of receiving the harness.
- The product must be returned within 10 days (see return instructions below).

- Fill out the Product Return Form for Help’Em Up Harness.
- Place back into original packaging with receipt (if applicable).
- Send all parcels to Red Dog Rehabilitation, C/- 442 Glenbrook Beach road, Glenbrook, RD1, Auckland 2681, by courier. Select tracking. Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged product in transit.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
